Delivery
At Brasero Artisan, We are committed to delivering your braseros directly to your home or to your CHR establishment via an external carrier.
Delivery times
- Products in stock : Delivery under 5 to 7 working days in metropolitan France (subject to unforeseen conditions related to the carrier).
- Products out of stock : The estimated delivery time is indicated on the product sheet.
- Other destinations : Thank you for consulting us. The deadlines will be calculated according to your location.
Delivery costs
- Metropolitan France : 60 € INCL.
- Other destinations : On offer only. Please contact us for an estimate of the delivery costs.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Return conditions
- Return costs are entirely at your expense.
- The returned product must be in its original packaging and never used. Otherwise, additional charges may apply.
- Costs deposit can also be invoiced.
Return procedure
- Contact us within a period of 14 days after delivery to the following address: [email protected].
- Send us an email specifying the details of your order reason for return, and the photos of the product in its packaging.
- We will provide you with the necessary instructions to arrange the return.
