To protect your brasero from weather, we offer a lid.

After each use it is advisable to brush the plancha and the cooking grid to remove the residues and push them directly into the combustion fireplace.

Then wipe the two surfaces using a rag oiled with natural oil. Remove the surplus with another rag. L’huilage du Brasero Artisan allows to feed the steel and allows during the next cooking to not make the food adhere.

For your grills you can opt for our 8cm and 16cm high cooking grills.

Our lid with its oak handle is perfect to cover and protect your cooking space when you do not use it.

The furniture of our brasero is drilled on each side in order to be able to attach side handles in oak to move it with ease.

Finally, you can add a drawer kit to make your storage cabinet.

Its ground encroachment is 50 x 50 centimetres. Its height is up to 110cm.

When you use your Brasero Artisan, plan 1m square to circulate in turn and nothing is less than 3m away with the combustion fireplace.

Everything depends on the size, our braseros range from 10 guests to 50.

To arrive at perfect temperature, Brasero Artisan requires between 60 and 90min.

We recommend the use of oak, beech or 30 cm long charm wood jars.

The use of coal is also possible. The goal is to have a sufficient amount of embers to resist cooking time and warm you throughout the meal.

All food oils suitable for cooking can be used on Brasero Artisan. For more tastes and to know we recommend using olive oil.

For its first use we recommend that you put it in temperature to eliminate all impurities that have been deposited until delivery. At the beginning and end of each use, we recommend that you try the cooking surfaces with natural food oil to feed the steel and prevent you from catching food during your next cooking.

If Brasero Artisan is in stock you must count 3 to 5 working days to receive the product. In case the product is out of stock it takes about 1 month to be delivered.

Payment is made at the time of order. This is the one that automatically triggers the validation and delivery of your order.

As a consumer, you can cancel the contract within 14 days of receipt of the product and return the product to us. We may ask you the reason for your withdrawal, but you do not have to give this or these reasons.

You are required to handle the product and its packaging carefully during the withdrawal period. You can only disconnect or use the product to the extent necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the product. The principle here is that you can only manipulate and inspect the product as you would be allowed to do in a store.

If you wish to exercise the legal right of withdrawal, you can do so within the time of reflection using the retracting form model, or by sending an electronic mail to contact@brasero-artisan.com or otherwise unambiguous. Always specify your name, address and order number. We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt without delay.

If you use the right of withdrawal, you are required to return the product within 14 days of notification, with all the accessories delivered, in the original condition and packaging and in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions that we have provided to you.

The direct transfer costs of the product are at your expense.
We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the product.

The bowl or tank that receives your fuel (wood, charcoal) is made of steel, then it consists of a hoisting to adapt it to its furniture. Its finish is premium because we applied a high temperature paint 550°C.

Our cover or stifle is made of steel, a high temperature paint 550° is applied on it to protect it from corrosion and high temperature. The lid has an oak handle to take it without burning.

We wanted our furniture to evolve according to your desires. We drilled the 4-hole piece on the left and right. You can then adapt one side handle, one Spices tray, onedrawer kit and our other innovations.

If you order a drawer or other accessory with your brasero, we will always mount it in our workshop before it is shipped.

The side handle is available in black thermolaqué or corten steel. The oak handle brings a high-end finish.
